Computer comes from the word “compute” which means to calculate. We all are familiar with calculations in our day to day life. Calculations like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Simple calculation take small time but complex calculations take much longer time. Another factor is accuracy in calculation. So, to solve these kind of problems man explored a device which can perform these type calculation with high speed and full accuracy is known as computer.
On the other hand computer is a high speed electronic device that receive information from the user, process those information and produces desired output and finally store the result for future use.
